Yes I would because that it where most of the action is. You have to remember that very few people are actually destined for Burger King or Starbuck's: They stop there on their way to/from the mall. Those people would only have to walk a couple of extra blocks to access the S44 and S59.I wouldn't split the S44/S59 up. Either they both serve Marsh Avenue or they both serve Ring Road. |
