You're some kind of masochist, aren't you?You throw around words like 'libel' and 'slander', yet here you are, making an accusation that you doubtlessly cannot prove. For the record, slander is generally an oral statement, while libel is written; I've got no doubt that whatever Brian's faults may be, your statement is clearly libelous. li·bel a. defamation by written or printed words, pictures, or in any form other than by spoken words or gestures. |
