Well its like post dispatcher tallies.In school they tell us these are official documents and never to falsify them. Once my tallies saved an operator from getting fired because a female customer claimed he sexually assaulted her but my tallies showed he was no where near where she claimed he was. Managers technically are always on "the clock". They do not get paid by the hour so its moot, but she got caught falsifying records. |
