- Left early 5 times in a year ... big deal
- Took co car home ... may have been authorized if she was on-duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week, i.e. she would get calls at home at any time & was expected to respond to the problem. The MTA has greatly restricted who can take cars home. Was she authorized ... that's the question.
