This may well be a Rule of Three in effect---qualify a minimum of 3 vendors to compete for orders. If Walder wants to reconsider NABI, that could only help.At the same time, the MTA should not want to get too much variety, because that could drive up fleet maintenance. But that the Nova LFS buses have been performing so well is a pleasant surprise. |
