Yes. NABI makes low floor buses. The NABI 40-LFW.

It's the backbone of the Los Angeles MTA fleet and can also be found in large numbers at PACE in Illinois, MBTA in Massachusetts, Miami-Dade Transit in Florida, Broward County Transit in Florida, Valley Metro in Arizona, RTC of Southern Nevada (Las Vegas), AC Transit in California, Cleveland RTA in Ohio, etc.
