The problem is that Rohr was still testing the model when the company was sold to Grumman, but Grumman willfully ignored the data (this was the subject of a 1983 lawsuit).GRUMMAN ignored? I heard GRUMMAN was told ready for production. From what I understand Rohr ran a demo bus across the country but it was never used in actual service. |
