But you can't get federal funding for a VanHooligan since it's not made in the US. Therefore, it is significantly cheaper and more convenient to purchase from an American manufacturer. VanHooligan will never be able to compete with Orion, New Flyer, NABI, Gillig, and Nova unless it starts building buses here in the US. |
