In the westbound direction the B14 already takes passengers from that vicinity to the Utica Avenue Station where you could board the express as well as the local. In the eastbound direction, very few B12 passengers need the Number 3 toward New Lots.You would also inconvenience an awful lot of B 12 through passengers, although only by a few minutes. I don't think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I can only see this as a good idea only during late night hours like from 10 PM to 6 AM perhaps. |
