Here's a simple and convenient idea:Two transfers for every fare paid, everywhere, including subway, as long as the subway is only entered once. My take on that is slightly different: Get rid of all transfer privileges in favor of a two-and-a-half-hour pass. Once you dip or swipe, you get unlimited use of the entire "base" system (i.e. subway and local bus) for the next 2.5 hours, including a return trip. |
