If many of your services are breaking even, the solution is not to raise their fares, but to cut services which are costing us ridiculous amounts per rider.Every express bus should be cut before a single subway train is pulled from service. The difference in cost per rider is substantial, even when comparing the worst subway lines to the best express bus lines. |
