I agree with you on that except that I do believe the MTA "MIGHT" have a problem IF ended the BxM4C at White Plains Transportation Center. They may need permission to operate out of that terminal (I really don't know but it's possible). CTransit has been operating out of there for years and so has Tappen-Zee Express.Maybe they can end right behind the Tappen-Zee Express layover area at the M.N.R.R Station. That COULD work. |
