I feel the same way. The 45 foot MCI's are too much bus for almost every express route for the NYCTA/MTA Bus. Back in the day, they
used Classics, and Orions with suburban style seats. And those
buses got the job done. They had much better driver visibility
then the MCI's have today. The operators that drive MCI's need
more street space to drive a 45 foot bus. Not so with a 40 foot bus.
