Low floor buses would not be a bsd idea for operation on manyexpress routes. I have notice that many people that use express bus service have trouble climbing the steps of the MCI's. If the MTA were to try using a low-floor bus for express service, they would have to do something about the walking space between the seats. It is very narrow on the MCI's for wide bodied passengers.
