While some percentage of their deficit is due to malfeasance, I do not believe that this number is 100%. The main issues are making sure that a realistic budget comes out of this and that the cuts are reasonable.Paterson cut another $104M from their general fund allocation. I'm just waiting for the remaining payroll tax shortfall. I am guessing that there is another $100M to fall behind. |
