I respect you as you've been on the job and in supervision for many years. However, you're really in a knee jerk response to his every post, which means you can't help yourself either. Please ignore him, as feeding into him only will prolong what's wrong here, and at worse make you part of what's wrong here.It's easy for me to make these observations, but it's not easy to give into temptation. Perhaps I shouldn't say anything, as no one likes to be told what to do. |
