The only Mack that I own is an electric trackless trolley built in 1939. When Hampton, Virginia sold off its last Mack buses some years ago, I looked into buying one. They were sent around to Mack Truck dealerships all over the country for disposal. The dealership closest to me had one and wanted a fortune for it.....somewhere around $ 10,000 if I recall correctly. I couldn't afford it. |
