You are incorrect. I own a NJTA tag. There are two plans available to me that are not available to other tagholders. On the MTA tags, you can get Port Authority, MTA, and Thruway plans, but not NJTA or DRPA plans. Since I have owned both NY and NJ tags, I know the difference between the two.
