I know when I got mine, I was encouraged to get the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (?) because the Pennsy Turnpike Commission charged a monthly fee for theirs, whereas I would get a discount if I cross the Delaware River into Jersey (I believe).That since changed, but I think there are difference rules, depending on the agency. |
