If he's referring to Seattle, KC Metro's 3600s (D40LFs), 6800s (DE40LFs), and 6000s (DE60LFAs) are ISL-powered IINM. All the other low floors, namely the 2006 hybrids (2600-2812) and the D60LFs (2800s) are CAT-powered. |
