OR, reduce the MTA workforce and give Staten Island express routes to Atlantic Express (drivers would wear MTA uniforms, and the MTA would still own the buses and have them painted New York City Bus), but the legals would be under Atlantic Express Coachways or Staten Island Bus Company.Lease Charleston to Atlantic Express, and AE could probably find another lot to store buses. |
