I think its more of trying to piece together and shore up charter operations that compliment segments that they do not serve on a fixed-contract or network basis (i.e. independent local charters and school contracts) than it is about buying up everybody - notice how they haven't gotten rid of the brands of these companies, they've just refined them and placed Academy Express's DOT number on them... |
