Question. What was the first bus that started the different flooring?

There are 2 types on the OrionVII,(1) The Black-glittered flooring(found on the 6500's), (2) and the black /w white speck flooring plus ridges(found on the 6800's). Was it 6689 to 6690?

I appreciate any info, this question has been stuck in me for a long time.
