When they take a bunch of broken down RMPs from various precincts around the city (look closely, you'll notice every car is from a different precinct) and just park them where ever they please. Happens in mid-town almost daily. Blocked bus lanes, bus stops, fire hydrants, wherever they can park.It's supposed to scare away the terrorists. LOL. |
