Yes - also as a tip, probably the best trip to take out of Philly going back to NY is the daily 11:45AM or 1:45PM trip - those two runs usually yield the lightest and have the best opportunity to have a seat on the upper level out of 30th Street, at least that's from my experience from what I see everyday.
