You would probably be right.However, I have a feeling that Millennium only had a standard line in place or they way underbid the NJT contract. Then again, it would be easier for me to hire Millennium to build buses on a factoring line than for them to do it in-house. Purchase order financiers would prefer if their client didn't touch the product because they could "benefit" even if they did not perform. |
