There are several smaller properties that still want high floors, and as I stated in a previous post, its the smaller orders that Millennium needs to focus on to gain cash to work on the larger orders. There are still a couple of the Big Boys that want high floors (DART in Dallas is a prime example). I think it is a smart business idea for Millennium to offer both High and Low Floors. Either way, happy they've restructured and looks like they have it together. I wish them all the luck.
