The LFS's have been all hoarded at Albany Division for, of reasons known, their rehabbing/repainting which the infrastructure only exists at Albany Division. If it wasn't for the traffic jam known as the 55 I'd also say the higher ridership/level of service at Albany Division would also make sense but considering the 55 and express routes out of Schenectady Division (and the semi-suburban LFS's bought expressly for that route) it'd make little sense. Could this be a prepatory move for when new buses come in to put them in Schenectady for the 55/Express routes while Albany becomes an LFS stronghold?

As for the O5's, even Orion's own builders lists show them as 1992's. If they were 1995's, CDTA would probably still be running them considering the 12-year rule.
