I don't understand how the driver can't monitor two rears doors as well, or at least almost as well, as he monitors one rear door today. The additional door is closer to the front of the bus.And besides, look at how this issue is dealt with today. I've seen people enter through the rear doors of buses and nothing happened. What prevents more people from doing it? I just don't see any super effective back door anti-fare-evasion method in place today that would be severely compromised by adding another rear door. |
