It could have been me on the BXM1 that Saturday I posted about. I have to seriously start thinking about wearing a stab resistant vest, or a the new ones that are both stab and ballistic resistant. Too bad the MTABus doesn't pay me enough to buy one or provide it for us. It took the deaths of 2 fellow Auxiliary Police Officers for the NYPD to provide us w/ kevlar. Unfourtunatly I left the Auxiliary Police last month and had to turn mine in. I decided in part to drive a bus rather than be a cop because, I also thought it was safer. |
