They do forget and the MTA says tell them "fare please", if they don't pay "let'em ride, you job is to request the fare NOT enforce it." That is the MTA policy. As far as first time riders how do intend for them to come back in order to bolster ridership if it become inconvenient to ride, thus ridership stay only w/ regulars who aslo balk at $7.50 in change, then they don't ride so it's the circle of life Simba. |
