There's always SOME degree of scare tactics involved in these things. This time, I suspect the scare tactics are a bit closer, though probably not all the way, to reality.I'll predict an express bus fare of $6-$7, inclusive. I don't see a 50 cent increase as menaingful in the present environment, while anything over $7 is ridiculous, this year. In a year or two, who knows... |
