I think part of it has something to do with their relationship with NFI. I also think they were so in a hurry to purchase D40HF replacements,they didnt either consider the impact on seats lost and whatnot. One thing for sure, they wanted CNG fuel AND they want low floor. I agree with the fact they shouldve gotten MCIs or some other type of OTR coach. |
