Congragulations.I would love to work for a private bus company as a manager. I feel it would be more rewarding than NYC transit which is so large and faceless. Right now I'm very happy as a dispatcher and will probably stay in this title for a while. The best thing, like you have, would be to own a large bus company, but figuring the cost of buses, fuel, repairs, insurance and government regulation its not easy and I know you must work very hard.
