Well, it's too bad Roberts doesn't want to exhibit the Grumman, but that in and of itself is not a measure of his ability to run the TA. The measure of that will be how things work out service-wise with the current budget problems.I remember all the back-and-forth about those buses- they were in service, out of service, in service again, and finally, in 1984, REALLY out of service. Whether or not that was really necessary, I suppose there are valid opinions either way. But the Grummans' very premature retirement DID give a lot of Fishbowls several more years on the road... |
