Posted by Mac5689 on Mon Oct 6 20:57:57 2008, in response to Re: Suffolk Transit Bus Study Workshop, posted by The TransitMan on Sun Oct 5 20:42:14 2008. no, but i'm a pratical person. i know what can and can't be down, and that throwing more buses won't fix a problem. do i Honestly think that suffolk transit is fine the way it is right now, yes. do i Honestly think that there are curtain things that need to be changed, yes. but do i Honestly think that what everyone here preaches, they need more buses on curtain routes, No!. what needs to be done first is getting a budget that is stable, which suffolk DOES NOT have right now. then u have to fix some roads like RT 112, that backs up for miles at rush hour and u only move like a inch an hour. |
