Whoever put DE41LF on it was pretty much NFI juggling issues, and changed their mind afterwards.It will say what the builders plate tells for SEPTA. St. Catharines DE40LF on their builder plate says "DE40LF" and it was build in Nov. 2007. Interesting to see an HVAC moved all the way to the front due to SEPTA traditional rear ads, which means the weight distribution shouldn't be much of an issue. That's going to be alot of DE40LF upcoming for SEPTA delivery. |
