Yes, but that is being paid for by a group of Atlantic City casinos. NJT is operating it for them under contract. And ACES owns the multi-level rail cars for that service too. They bought them from Bombardier, using the NJT specs. ACES will also pay for the leased locomotives from Amtrak. |
