The current service notice does not indicate that this is due to construction, and indicates a permenant change in the service. The notice you have posted indicates the service will not operate on one day. Whether or not the current change was in the works at that time or not, neither of us can prove.Again, I brought up the FTA rules as SPECULATION, I did not say it was, or wasn't, I said it COULD. I have no proff either way, and neither do you. |
