Because I didn't think it had anything to do with the FTA charter rules. Let me give you another hint: The S89 will die at the hands of New York STATE or CITY officials and our anticipated date of execution is January 2009. There were both state and federal laws broken and both have implications on the budget. The officials that kill it will allow the MTA to conduct the execution as a budget balancing mechanism in order to save face. I'm bookmarking this post!!!! |
