I take a bus home through the tunnel every day; it can take just as long to get through the tunnel as it does to go from the tunnel exit to the Goethals Bridge.It may be an issue, but the primary reason for the change, I believe, is ongoing construction at the PABT. The FTA rule change has been previously discussed. I know all about the FTA rule change. That's why I asked what this has to do with that. Do you know? |
