Do you know how many trips they'd need to operate? Plus they'd have to charge the regular fare which means they'd have tons and tons of people riding a bus that would have to run like every 5 minutes. LOL. That's part of the reason why FTA got involved. If there is a premium fare for a special event, that's a no no as well and part of the 'charter' aspect of it. |
