Nice photos. The bus looks great.

Although the comments on the placement of the run number box have some merit to them. I assume that it's not in the default bottom-of-the-windshield position because of that grab bar (clearly visible in the first pic).

However, it might be difficult to change if the operator is shorter than a given height, due to the inability to reach up and operate the knobs to set the numbers.

A digital run box would be preferable, but would the farebox software support it?
