I'm sorry but you are wrong, not 100% but still wrong. Yes they do put tire chains on the KB buses but if it's more than 3 inches they do reroute the Bx9. Trust me, I used to live on Sedgwick over there and the most annoying thing in the world would be being on the Bx9 and having to walk up that hill in the dead of winter because the bus was running 225st-Bailey Av-Sedgwick Av-Fordham Rd-University Av-Kingsbridge Rd. Why they didn't just make the bus run up Sedgwick back to Kingsbridge Rd I have no idea, but if theres too much snow the Bx9 makes no stops bet. B'way and University. |
