As far as Express Service goes (as well as other van companies) it's well documented that they operate hapahzardly {sic} with their own set of rules. It's quite interesting that they follow the bare minimum of safety and maintenance procedures then complain when law enforcementagencies impound their vehicles for any of the follwing: {sic} no insurance, operators with no CDL, bad brakes, bad exhaust, there is a long list. Reading and speaking English also helps, which many of the van drivers do not. Look at Fung Wah!! Okay. Now what does that have to do with your initial argument regarding Chinese-manufactured vehicles? |
