Port of Authority I agree with you on Chinese buses. Yes, there are some crappy ones with wooden seats out there. However, the ones in Beijing are mostly brand new, along with the ones in Shanghai and have everything that you would expect and more (automatic stop announcements, Transit TV, air conditioning, etc).

Express Service/Spanish Transportation is a dollar van service that competes with NJ Transit. Most of the time it uses share-taxi style small vehicles, including some that appear to be ex-school buses.

BTW, it seems that most NABI 40-LFWs have that rattling problem, which is probably due to the small A/C duct openings. These openings are screwed in and when the screws fall out they rattle constantly. Phoenix and Las Vegas both have the same problem as well. Hopefully they fixed it on the new design buses.
