I used caps to differentiate between the pasted information and my comments.As far as Express Service goes (as well as other van companies) it's well documented that they operate hapahzardly with their own set of rules. It's quite interesting that they follow the bare minimum of safety and maintenance procedures then complain when law enforcement agencies impound their vehicles for any of the follwing: no insurance, operators with no CDL, bad brakes, bad exhaust, there is a long list. Reading and speaking English also helps, which many of the van drivers do not. Look at Fung Wah!! |
