I think the Orion VII HEVs from MTAB are being borrowed for training purposes. They will go back to their respected depots in due time. R36, you have got to learn to accept them at 1 point in time or another. What are you going to do when the entire NYCT fleet becomes all Hybrid? LGA will NEVER have an all RTS Fleet ever again for their local lines, if that's what you are thinking. 850 more HEVs are on the way. 745 for NYCT, 105 for MTAB. The only difference is their appearance. After seeing 3800 at the Roadeo a few weeks back, I, personally favor the Orion VII NG and can't wait to see them in service. Although I'm not a avid fan of the boxy design currently in service, I am learning to accept them. I do photograph them quite often.   Enjoy those 1990-1991 TMC RTSs at LGA while you still can. They are on borrowed time, IMO. |
